Oliver James are pleased to be representing a leading European insurer in their search for a Senior Investment Manager to help expand their Real Estate function in the UK.

Within this role you will source real estate investment opportunities across different sectors (office, residential, retail) in addition to managing risk-return projections for each deal. You will coordinate all external advisors involved in the transaction and support in the preparation of investment offers, preliminary contracts, sale & purchase agreements.

Role requirements:

  • CFA/ FIA qualified
  • Strong knowledge of the London real estate market, including investors, brokers & advisors
  • Several years of experience in real estate (investment profile)

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest European insurers- in a role that would allow you to be the face of their UK Real Estate division.
