HFG have partnered with a UK leading insurer to assist with their search for a new capital contractor to join their team for the next 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nearly/qualified actuary with 3 plus years insurance experience to join a property/casualty team which will offer them a wide range of exposure. This is a direct report to the Head of Risk Modelling.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the re-calibration of premium and reserve risk and group capital
models.Update the parameters in the capital model, including the risk calibrations.
Assist in the completion of LCR forms.
Contribute to setting up validation tests.
Key requirements

Ideally a newly or nearly qualified Fellow of the IFoA.Experience capital modelling for a Lloyd's syndicate.Experience using Igloo.Further programming skills desirable but not necessary.If you feel your profile matches the above criteria or would like more information on the role then please do get in touch.
