Your new role
My client is looking for a potential candidate that can provide specialist actuarial advice, support effective negotiations and disputes, review recovery plans, and develop and influence appropriate scheme funding plans for high-risk schemes.
You will perform work review for other actuaries in respect of regulatory interventions, and contribute to project and case teams with specific, actuarial advice and pensions knowledge to assist progress towards our statutory objectives
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous actuarial work experience and completion of Fellow of the Faculty is an essential requirement for this role, because you will be expected to provide specialist and practical funding interventions, as well as providing input in to policy developments
Your communication skills are of paramount importance when presenting situations in a clear and concise manner to a level appropriate for the targeted audience, as well as having excellent Microsoft skills with a high level of proficiency with spread sheet analysis and manipulation
What you'll get in return
The salary being offered is between £75k-£95k plus excellent benefits, which includes a discretionary bonus and pension
