Our client, a global entity, has numerous exciting opportunities for qualified life actuaries to act as a delivery lead on areas of IFRS17 implementation, taking responsibility for delivering solutions relating to specific aspects of the implementation.
You will support actuarial assignments covering experience analyses, IFRS reporting, local statutory reporting, economic capital calculations, pricing, model governance and ad-hoc project work.
You will also support actuarial assignments covering other areas of work e.g. experience analyses, IFRS reporting, local statutory reporting, economic capital calculations, pricing, model governance and ad-hoc project work.
In addition, you will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
A natural thought-leader, the successful candidate for these roles will possess strong Excel skills, ideally with knowledge of VBA.
Technical knowledge of IFRS17 is desirable, as is the ability to speak Spanish, French, Cantonese or Mandarin.
