Finance Reporting Actuary - Life
A major insurer is seeking a part-qualified or qualified life actuary to support the IFRS and Solvency II (base) reporting function to provide timely and accurate delivery and commentary of financial reporting results.
Bringing knowledge of annuity products and the assets used to back these liabilities, you will represent the team for reporting metrics and MI within the company, building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
In addition, you will assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of reporting systems, processes and methodologies, ensuring that they are robust and that risks are assessed and appropriately controlled.
With a good understanding of asset and liability modelling, the successful candidate will also possess good knowledge of financial reporting metrics: IFRS, EV, EC, and Solvency II.
Understanding of bulk and individual annuity products also essential.
