Leading global life insurance firm needs a business analyst / actuary with a strong knowledge of IT systems relating to the actuarial sector. You’ll be responsible for… § Delivery of actuarial services to both internal and external clients for all types of life insurance protection business (Life, CI, IP, Group) and longevity § Delivery of experience studies for the purposes of quotes, monitoring profitability and basis development § Maintenance and development of systems used for experience analysis, longevity quotes and underwriting rules development § Data analysis support for the improvement of underwriting rules Knowledge of databases – in particular SQL very useful.
