Opportunity for an experienced, qualified or part-qualified, P&C actuary to join our client - a major insurance organization who are growing their Canadian actuarial function under their existing leadership boasting some of the most talented senior insurance professionals in the industry.

This hire in particular, requires an FCAS/nearly credentialed actuary with personal or commercial lines pricing experience to join their Toronto office and manage a team of 3 direct reports. This position allows expansion of managerial skills, visibility to senior stakeholders and the ability to also continue developing technical pricing skills. Ideally, you will have at least 6 years' experience although previous management experience is not essential.

The company enjoy a strong market position across all areas in which they provide coverage, allowing expansion to happen across the board into new areas. This can present broad potential opportunity to transfer into other areas internally further down the line.
